RETURN AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your Order, we accept returns or exchanges. Please follow the terms & conditions below:
RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND
You have 14 days from the date you received the items.
Items returned after 14 days from receipt cannot be refunded.
It is advisable that all items must be tried on as soon as possible, to keep within the 14-day deadline.
We will refund you using the same method of payment you used for your purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund.
RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE
All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, without make up or deodorant marks with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return it.
If the item is faulty we are happy to replace or refund it. Let us know about any faults as soon as possible. It must be reported within 28 days of receiving your items.
Replacement items can only be sent to the customer once the original item has been returned and received by Active Brasil Wear.
